By working with you for an entire year, we will work together & plan for events, from Birthdays, Holidays through to life's more unexpected challenges and stresses.

We will support and help you every step of the way to ensure you will succeed in achieving your weight loss goals, manage your weight going forward to ensure you do not regain your lost weight, change your relationship with food, have more energy, reduce menopausal symptoms and you will be living your best life!

Through a simple 'finger prick' blook test we will  identify if you have any food intolerances or allergies that are affecting weight gain, impeding weight-loss, exasperating menopause discomfort & symptoms  so we can make informed recommendations and plans based on your results.

When you eat a food or have a drink that you have an Allergy or High Intolerance to, your body triggers histamines to be produced in your gut.  When you have too much histamine in your system, it can cause negative reactions such as inflammation, headaches and bloating, exasperating your perhaps already unpleasant  menopausal symptoms!

What's included:

  • On reaching your goal weight, we will continue to work with you on managing your new weight, ensuring you don't regain your lost weight.
     

  • We will support you on changing your relationship with food and overcoming the emotional and physical challenges you face;
     

  • We will have a weekly 1:1 Zoom Meeting with you to keep you accountable and on track;
     

  • You will be invited to join small Weekly Group CBT (Cognitive Behaviour Therapy) Sessions, (max. 10 ladies), to help overcome your emotional relationship with food and you will be part of a small supportive community of like-minded women;
     

  • Access to recorded Mindfulness Sessions to reduce Stress, Improve Sleep patterns and Overcome Challenges such as Emotional Eating and Alcohol Addiction for life;
     

  • Personalised Meal Plans to achieve your Weight Loss Goals;
     

  • Food, Mood & Symptoms Diary Analysis;
     

  • Allergy & Intolerance Blood Test and,
     

  • Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) calculated based on your Age, Weight, Height & Activity Level to determine daily calories to maintain weight and a sustainable calorie deficit to support weight loss.
